  • The item must be free from any damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) for the return or refund request.

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

2. How to Initiate a Return
